Seconded turns a co-op's bylaws into vote rules. The secretary sets quorum and the passing threshold for each kind of decision once. After that, every motion needs a second before voting opens, ballots count one member, one vote, and the result and the minutes write themselves, with the rule that applied printed beside the outcome.
Example data only. Riverbend Workers Cooperative, its members and its bylaws are invented for this demo. Real electronic voting rules depend on state law and each co-op's own bylaws.

What to try
Clear the Seconded by field: ballots lock, because the motion cannot go to a vote without a second.
Switch the decision type from Annual budget to Bylaw amendment: the same votes now need two-thirds and a higher quorum, and the verdict changes.
Flip two or three ballots to Abstain: abstentions count toward quorum but not toward the yes share, as these example bylaws say.
Press Close vote and write minutes to see the record a lender or auditor would ask for.
