Overlap

Overlap reads the receipts in a Gmail label, turns each one into a ledger row (vendor, amount, billing cycle, next renewal), tags it to a project, and groups tools that do the same job. The groups show where you pay twice for one job; the renewal rail shows what to decide on before it charges again. Below is an example founder's month: tick “cancel” on any row to see the monthly total and the savings move, retag a row to a different project, and filter by project.

What to try

Open the “Coding agent” group: three tools for one job. Mark the two you use least as cancel and watch the savings figure.
Switch the filter to “Agent fleet” to see what that one project costs per month on its own.
Retag a row's project in the ledger; the filter totals follow it.
Check the renewal rail: anything inside 14 days is flagged so the decision happens before the charge.
