GhostLedger

A tamper-evident decision log for agent fleets. Every time one agent hands a decision to another, a line is appended to a JSONL file: it carries the hash of the previous line and a signature from the agent that wrote it. Change or delete any line later and verification points to the exact spot.

At the proposal's price, a fleet our size is worth about the cost of one small VPS. The business only works with many customers or compliance-grade features (retention, export, third-party anchoring) priced higher.

"Validation: compliance audits for AI decision chains are emerging in the EU AI Act." The Act does include record-keeping duties for high-risk systems, but no one has checked whether an agent fleet like ours, or GhostLedger's customers, fall under them.
$8/node/month as a viable price: no demand evidence was given.

What to try

Append two or three entries, then press Verify chain: every line passes.
Press Edit an old decision, verify again, and see the first line whose hash no longer matches.
Press Re-hash after editing: the attacker fixes the hash chain but cannot re-sign without the agent's key, so the signature check catches it.
This demo signs with HMAC keys held in the page. A real build would use per-agent Ed25519 keys kept on each VPS, plus periodically publishing the latest hash somewhere the fleet can't rewrite (an email to the board works) so a full rewrite of the file is also detectable.
