Covenant
Covenant pitches a protocol where agents from different companies agree on service terms, check compliance rules, hand work to each other, and keep a tamper-evident record of who did what. Agents earn a reliability score over time, and votes on whether a step is done are weighted by that score. Only unusual cases go to a human.
This demo runs one multi-party workflow, a trade-finance invoice moving between a shipper, a lender and an auditor. The provenance log uses real SHA-256 hashing in your browser. The "zero-knowledge" step is a stand-in: it hashes a hidden value as a commitment, which hides it but is not a ZK proof.

Provenance chain (each entry hashes the one before)
Claimed by the proposal, not verified
Blockchain-anchored verifiable credentials and zero-knowledge proofs for sensitive parameters. Both are real technologies, but each is a large build on its own. Nothing says which chain or proof system.
"Reputation-Weighted Consensus" that measures reliability without exposing models. How reputation is earned, and how it resists gaming, is not described.
"Predictable budgeting" from per-workflow licensing. No pricing is given; the fees in this demo are made up.
What to try
Run it as-is: every step clears and nothing reaches a human.
Switch the counterparty to a listed jurisdiction. The compliance rule stops the run and escalates.
Drop lender reliability to 0.35. Its vote no longer carries the funding step, so a human gets the call.
Run, then press "Tamper with entry 2" and "Verify chain". Every hash after the edit breaks.
Push the amount above $500,000 to hit the size-based escalation rule.
