A signed handoff note that every agent writes when it passes work to another agent. Each baton carries the same eight fields and the hash of the baton before it, so the whole relay can be checked for gaps or edits.

Tap Edit a baton on any card, change a word, then tap Save. Its hash changes, so the next baton no longer points to it and the chain shows exactly where the record was altered. Reset demo puts the example trail back. Passing a new baton adds a link to the end of the chain.
The real version would be a small MCP server with two tools, pass and receive, writing these records to SQLite. Your agents would call it at every handoff instead of you copying notes between them.
